Delphi Training Academy to Host 2026 Top Awards Finals in Warwick

Warwick facility provides live diagnostic environment for Top Technician, Top Apprentice, and Top Garage competitions

Delphi, a PHINIA brand, will host the 2026 Top Awards finals at its training academy in Warwick on Saturday 14 November 2026.

The 9,000 sq ft venue includes 15 vehicles covering various powertrains, seven vehicle lifts, and diagnostic tooling. During the event, Top Technician finalists will undergo 50-minute live fault-finding assessments, Top Apprentice finalists will complete practical tasks, and Top Garage entrants will present to an expert judging panel.

Delphi has sponsored and hosted the competition since 2022.

Aliya Lam, Country Director UK at PHINIA, said:

“Hosting the Top Awards finals at the Delphi Training Academy is a real privilege for us. The competition represents everything we believe in at Delphi – technical excellence, continuous learning and giving technicians the opportunity to demonstrate what they can achieve.”

Lam added:

“The Academy is designed around hands-on learning and real-world vehicle technology, so it is particularly rewarding to see some of the UK’s very best technicians putting their skills to the test here. It is a challenging environment, but it is also an environment designed to help people learn, develop and succeed.”
