We're introducing something new at Meadowfield Auto Centre – and this one's all about our customers.

Meadowfield Auto Centre Rewards is our own customer rewards scheme, created to give something back to the people who choose our independent garage in Ponteland to look after their vehicles.

The idea is deliberately simple.

Visit Meadowfield, collect points on the money you spend with us and turn those points into rewards.

And if you'd rather your reward went somewhere else, there's another option: you can donate its value to one of our chosen charities instead.

It's our way of saying thank you.

How does Meadowfield Rewards work?

Customers joining Meadowfield Auto Centre Rewards earn 1 point for every £1 spent with us.

Those points accumulate in your Rewards account and, once you've collected enough, they can be exchanged for a reward.

The first reward becomes available at 500 points:

500 points = £5 Love2shop gift card

Keep collecting and:

1,000 points = £10 Love2shop gift card

Alternatively, customers can choose to donate the value of their reward to one of Meadowfield's chosen charities.

So whether you use the reward yourself or pass its value on to a good cause, the choice is yours.

Why introduce Meadowfield Rewards?

Meadowfield Auto Centre has always relied heavily on repeat customers.

Since Stephen Browne took over the business in 2016 and Meadowfield Auto Centre opened under its current name in January 2017, we've been fortunate to look after vehicles belonging to customers and families from Ponteland, Darras Hall and the surrounding Northumberland area year after year.

Some customers come to us for an MOT.

Others trust us with their annual servicing, tyres, brakes, clutches, diagnostics and repairs.

And plenty have been coming back for years.

We don't take that loyalty for granted.

Meadowfield Rewards is simply another way of recognising it.

Rewarding customers without changing how we work

There's something else that's important to us.

A rewards scheme should never become a reason to sell somebody something their car doesn't need.

That's not how Meadowfield works.

Our recommendations are based on the condition and maintenance requirements of the vehicle – not on how many points somebody might earn from the job.

No pressure selling. No unnecessary work. No technical jargon designed to confuse you.

Rewards are exactly that: a reward for the money you were already spending maintaining your vehicle with us.

Your points, your choice

We also wanted Meadowfield Rewards to have a community element.

Not everyone necessarily wants a gift card.

That's why customers have the option to donate their reward value to one of our chosen charities instead.

It means the loyalty our customers show to a local independent business can, if they choose, go a little further and support another good cause.

One more difference that adds up

Over the years we've invested heavily in the equipment and facilities behind the scenes at Meadowfield.

We've introduced new services, upgraded our workshop and continually looked for ways of improving how we maintain and repair our customers' vehicles.

But developing Meadowfield isn't only about what's underneath a car in the workshop.

It's also about the experience customers have when they choose us.
