Meadowfield Auto Centre Win Regional Auto Centre Of The Year 2021
Meadowfield Auto Centre Wins Servicesure Regional Autocentre of the Year 2021
Meadowfield Auto Centre in Ponteland has been named a Servicesure Regional Autocentre of the Year 2021, marking a major milestone for the independent garage less than five years after the business was taken over.
The award recognises Meadowfield Auto Centre as one of the leading independent garages within the Servicesure network and is a fantastic achievement for our small team here in Ponteland, Northumberland.
Regional Autocentre of the Year
The Servicesure Autocentre of the Year Awards celebrate independent garages from across the UK, recognising the standards, customer service and work being delivered by businesses within the Servicesure network.
To be named a Regional Autocentre of the Year winner in 2021 is something we're incredibly proud of.
Meadowfield Auto Centre has come a long way since Stephen Browne took over the garage in December 2016 and reopened it under the Meadowfield name in January 2017.
From the beginning, the aim has been simple: continually raise the standard of what customers should expect from their local independent garage.
An award-winning independent garage in Ponteland
Based at Meadowfield Industrial Estate in Ponteland, Meadowfield Auto Centre provides MOT testing, car servicing, vehicle repairs, tyres and diagnostics for customers in Ponteland and the surrounding Northumberland area.
We're an independent garage, and we believe that should be one of our strengths.
Being independent allows us to combine modern workshop equipment, technical knowledge and professional standards with the friendly, personal service customers expect from a local business.
Winning a Servicesure Regional Autocentre of the Year Award gives us independent recognition that the work being done here in Ponteland is being noticed beyond our own workshop.
Thank you to our customers
An award like this belongs to more than just the people working in the garage.
We wouldn't be here without the customers who have trusted Meadowfield Auto Centre to look after their vehicles, recommended us to friends and family and continued to support a local independent business.
We'd therefore like to say a huge thank you to all of our customers.
We're extremely proud to bring this award home to Ponteland.
What's next for Meadowfield Auto Centre?
We're delighted to have been recognised, but this isn't a finishing line.
We'll continue investing in the business, developing our team and improving the experience we provide for our customers.
Our ambition remains exactly the same: raise our standards year after year and build value into everything we do.
For now, though, we're going to enjoy this one.
