Meadowfield's Christmas Hamper Raffle

Christmas has arrived at Meadowfield Auto Centre in Ponteland, and we're giving our customers the chance to win one of three locally sourced Christmas hampers.

Throughout December, customers booking their vehicles into Meadowfield will receive an entry into our Christmas Hamper Raffle, with one main winner and two runners-up receiving festive hampers purchased from Blagdon Farm Shop.

We wanted to do something to thank our customers for their support during Meadowfield's first year — and, wherever possible, keep that support local too.

Christmas hampers from Blagdon Farm Shop

Rather than buying generic Christmas prizes, we've chosen hampers from Blagdon Farm Shop, another independent business local to our area.

Based on the Blagdon Estate in Northumberland, Blagdon Farm Shop champions locally sourced food and produce, making it a great choice for our Christmas prizes.

For us, supporting other businesses in and around the area makes sense.

Meadowfield Auto Centre is an independent local business, and the support we've received from customers in Ponteland and the surrounding communities during our first year has been incredibly important.

So when we're spending money ourselves, we're happy when some of it can stay within the local economy.

A thank you to our customers

Meadowfield Auto Centre opened under its new name in January 2017, providing MOT testing, car servicing and vehicle repairs from Meadowfield Industrial Estate in Ponteland.

It's been a busy first year.

We've welcomed new customers, continued looking after many familiar faces and started establishing what we want Meadowfield Auto Centre to become.

Our Christmas raffle is simply a small way of saying thank you to everyone who has supported us.

Every customer with a booking during December will receive an entry into the draw.

There will be three winners, with one customer receiving the main Northumberland hamper and two runners-up each receiving a hamper.

The winners will be selected on Monday 18 December, ready for the hampers to be collected in time for Christmas.

Keeping it local

We're proud to be a Ponteland garage, but we're equally proud to be part of the wider community of independent businesses across our part of Northumberland.

Throughout our first year we've tried to get involved locally, from community events in Ponteland to supporting local motorsport.

Finishing the year with Christmas prizes purchased from another local business feels like a fitting way to end 2017.
