“Great service”

“I was involved with an unlucky incident involving a car undertray detaching on the dual carriageway and impacting the front bumper of my car, leaving damage that needs to be seen to by a body shop. Despite Meadowfield not being directly involved in the incident they took responsibility for it occurring due to the car being in for a service with them a few weeks prior. I talked to Stephen on the phone and he was very friendly and amicable about the situation and it was quickly resolved with Meadowfield covering the costs for the quote that the body shop gave me for the repairs. While I’ve never set foot inside Meadowfield garage the way that Stephen handled the situation speaks volumes about his character and I imagine this extends further into the quality of care that he provides to his customers. It’s no surprise seeing the other 5 star reviews here. A somewhat strange reason to leave a 5 star review possibly but in my brief interaction with Meadowfield I’ve nothing but good things to say about them. Thanks again Stephen.”
